Neither side is really winning, both are losing a lot. The hope for Ukraine supporters is Russia is losing faster, because its economy and military are wearing out and increasingly unable to keep up. Of course, Russia and its supporters deny this.

When people can see Russia is now bringing 60 year old T-62s back into service, trading thousands of men for a few meters at a time, and that Ukraine has not surrendered, that is not winning.

 This war is not going to be won or lost on the battlefield. The ability of the economies running the war is where this will be won and lost.

UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST July 30 — The Russian army has started massive drone attacks on civilians, reported Serhii Bolvinov, head of the investigation department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

This morning, according to Bolvinov, the Russians attacked a river crossing in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, injuring a 71-year-old man. Нe sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound.

This is the fourth incident in Kupiansk in recent days. Earlier, Russian drones hit the roof of a multi-story building, a gas station, and a stele at the entrance to the city.

On the afternoon of July 23, Russian troops attacked a public transport stop in Kupiansk with an FPV drone. The drone strike injured a 41-year-old man.  .  .

The Russians have proved over and over that they cannot abide peace. Russia must be destroyed and where NATO doesn't have the nerve to do it then the job will fall to China.
