1.) Republicans have already established the precedent of completely ignoring Congressional subpoenas.
2.) Local and State personnel are not directly accountable to the Federal because of Federalism and States' Rights established by the US Constitution.
3.) The Members of Congress who subpoena Bragg and his staff are interfering with New York executive and judicial proceedings.
4.) If I were a New York official, I'd start a RICO investigation against Jim Jordan's Congressional committee. The only possible reason(s) Congress would force a state prosecutor to testify before Congress about a case that it is currently prosecuting in court:
a.) Abusing Congressional authority in an attempt to interfere with an active state judicial proceeding.
b.) Abusing Congressional authority in an attempt to intimidate, coerce, or extort procsecutors, witnesses, jurors, and judge(s) participating in an active New York State judical proceeding.
These GOP Congressional ass-clowns are shredding Federalism and States' Rights to save their own asses or Trump's ass. They are behaving as if they are participants of a criminal enterprise seeking to use their power and infulence to corrupt Federal and New York State institutions.
These guys may be walking themselves straight into a RICO case with Trump's 2020 Campaign.
