In the neighboring 7th District with only 50% of the vote counted, the Democrat has a lower percentage than McCormick above. Yet that race has been called. Go figure.

Combine that with the fact that it was Dem money that gave Trump's candidates primary wins.

The biggest lesson from this election is that the Democrats had sooooo much money going in that they had the luxury of picking their GOP opponents. Maybe next time, Republicans will fight harder when the Dems want to pass trillion dollar graft packages that fill their campaign chests. There's a reason why they call the GOP the Stupid Party.
