NEW JERSEY: All voting machines down across Mercer County, Dominion programmers and other IT professionals are on-site addressing the problem

Just checking.  If they were working remotely, that would be a HUGE red flag.

BREAKING: Fetterman campaign just hired lawyer Marc Elias

Marc Elias was an attorney with the Hilary Clinton campaign, and has been brought in by the Fetterman camp to try to get invalid ballots counted, despite these ballots not being in compliance with state law.

Nov 8, 2022 3 minute read

Following a lawsuit filed by the John Fetterman campaign on Monday regarding the counting of undated ballots, it has been revealed that the campaign has enlisted the help of the Elias Law Group to carry out the lawsuit. Founder Marc Elias was an attorney with the Hilary Clinton campaign.

On November 1, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled that mail-in ballots sent in without the required date on the outer envelope must not be counted, following a lawsuit from the Republican National Committee (RNC). The Fetterman campaign brought suit to have those ballots counted, despite that being in violation of Pennsylvania state law.

The lawsuit, filed against county board of elections across the state of Pennsylvania by the campaign, along with the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and two voters alleges that failing to count votes that had undated or misdated outer envelopes violates state and federal law.

The Fetterman campaign’s lawsuit alleged that "The Date Instruction has no relevance to determining whether an individual is qualified to vote under Pennsylvania law."

"To the extent any date is relevant to a voter’s qualifications to participate in a particular election under Pennsylvania law, it is the date of that election, not the date that the voter completed, signed, or mailed their ballot," the lawsuit adds.

The lawsuit claims that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s running violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as well as the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court did no such thing.  It is the petition of Elias that would violate the Civil Rights Act and the 14th Amendment.  Fighting against Equal Protection is what Democrats do best.

Philly will not count 30,000 paper ballots tonight, due to Karl Rove lawsuit…

Posted by Kane on November 8, 2022 1:03 pm

he Philadelphia agency that oversees elections said it will delay counting thousands of paper ballots after the polls close Tuesday night because of a lawsuit that accused it of being open to double counting.

The Philadelphia City Commissioners voted 2-1 at a special early morning meeting to reinstate a process called “poll book reconciliation,” which is designed to eliminate the duplication of in-person votes and those already cast as mail-in or absentee ballots.

The decision will delay in the vote count in one of the nation’s most hotly contested battleground states.

The ruling stemmed from a lawsuit filed on Oct. 27 by a conservative legal advocacy group, Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections, that was created in July by prominent Republicans, including former attorney general William P. Barr and Karl Rove.

The suit challenged the election board’s decision to forego the reconciliation process, which the commissioners had said was no longer needed because other measures to detect duplicate ballots were in place. Officials said the reconciliation had not found any duplicate votes in the last three elections.

But the lawsuit argued that the process had caught 40 double votes in the 2020 presidential election, and that the increase in mail balloting in recent years made it more necessary, not less.

Problems at 26+ polling locations is unacceptable in Maricopa County. I know Republican leaders, knowing we would have strong Election Day turnout, have been attempting to work with the County, only to be mocked and belittled by individuals like Supervisor Bill Gates. Very sad.

Election Day 2022: Vote counting machines down in N.J. county, but you can still cast ballots

Quote

Election Day is off to a rough start in Mercer County as officials announced that all voting machines were not working “due to a printing and scanning issue with the ballots,” according to local officials.

Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami Covello said all votes will be correctly counted despite a “glitch with the Dominion scanners.”

In a midday update, the clerk said a contingency plan is in place for all ballots to be scanned at the Board of Elections office in Trenton, which she called “secure.”

Detroit mail-in vote count moved away from room with windows, officials say they 'learned a lot from 2020'
Detroit officials say they have 'learned a lot from 2020' and have implemented changes tallying procedures

By Caitlin McFall | Fox News

Detroit election officials have made changes to ensure the midterm election Tuesday goes much smoother than the chaotic 2020 general election, including moving the mail-in vote tally away from outside windows.

Detroit made national headlines in 2020 after images and videos surfaced of pro-Trump supporters crowding outside the ballot tally room in the Huntington Place Convention Center — formally called the TCF Center – and shouting "stop the count."

Democratic voters converged on the scene and election challengers demanded they be allowed to enter the room and observe the counting process.

‘Democrats Have A Turnout Problem Today’: Leading Elections Expert Live-Reports Dems In Trouble
By  Hank Berrien

Nov 8, 2022   DailyWire.com

Roughly halfway through Election Day on the East Coast, a leading political prognosticator, looking at early precinct voting patterns, concluded that the Democrats were in serious trouble.

Dave Wasserman runs the non-partisan Cook Political Report, and he was watching the data from states on the East Coast and extrapolating from what he had seen by roughly 1 p.m. EST.

“It’s pretty apparent from precinct-level data in VA and county-level data in FL that Democrats have a turnout problem today – one that’s unlikely to be solved in the next six hours,” Wasserman concluded.

https://twitter.com/Redistrict/status/1590042484041986050

more
Then he got down to brass tacks, examining turnout in swing states such as Virginia and Florida: “Noon turnout reports in VA Beach -—a majority of Rep. Elaine Luria’s (D) Toss Up #VA02 — show most heavily GOP precincts up to 55-60% of ’21 votes cast, vs. 40-45% in most non-white precincts.  Total ballots cast skewing much more R than ’20 in many FL counties, esp. Miami-Dade.”

"Kari Lake comments on the ongoing voting machine issues in Maricopa County, Arizona:   "This is incompetency. I hope it's not malice, but we're going to fix it. We're going to win, and when we win there's going to be a come to Jesus for elections in Arizona."  (Video)

I know.
I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them.

Could This Be the First Race Called Tonight?

One of the earliest races called in 2006 was Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate election. Then-incumbent Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) was running for a third term and lost by nearly 20 points. Santorum suffered the worst loss for an incumbent senator since the 1980s. Could we have a similar situation this year, but in reverse, with a Republican dominating in such a manner? It might happen in the Sunshine State, where Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis seems poised to wipe the floor with Democratic challenger Rep. Charlie Crist, who is vying to get his old job back.

I hope so. There will be places that are still voting and I hope big wins in FL will influence that.

Not interested in playing nice or fair this year, just bat-to-the-forehead and keep swinging.
The Republic is lost.

I don't get it.  Neither one mentioned 'abortion rights' as their impetus for voting.

@ElectionWiz

Despite the problems in Maricopa County, precinct data shows a massive sea of red. Republicans are TURNING OUT BIG on Election Day.

Continue to stay in line and vote!
