There are a ton of counties to review, but from my vantage point and review, I think Walker has hit his high water mark.  Most of his rural county votes are in, while maybe 50-60% of Metro-ATL has only been counted.  Then add the fact, that area  has been on freeze mode for approaching 30 minutes.

I don't think Walker wins.

Unless there was a heavy same-day vote for Walker in the suburbs, he probably isn’t going to pull it off.  DeKalb is going to add another huge pile for Warnock at some point.
