The left wants to take away eveything else in their pursuit to make Government our new god.

Uh, no.  The Right wants to leave that up to the States as outlined in the Constitution.  They encourage debate, and insist on the only format where compromise can occur.  And no member of Congress should have any power over this.  The right of the People of each State to mold and shape their own society through their legislatures (lots of compromise there) is THE official position that the Right holds, regardless of whatever false left-wing narrative you choose to parrot.

Not a total ban.  He wants to codify Roe.  And yes, it is definitely "contrary to the traditional states' rights stance of Conservatives".  But then Lindsey isn't a Conservative.  Nor is his position here the position of the GOP or 'the Right'.  He is one outlier.
