Having said that, I don't see how it's possible to "hit the brakes" on the biden regime's energy policies, even with a Republican-controlled Congress after 1.3.23.

Nearly all these policies are set through executive orders or action by agencies that the administration controls. THEY control "the brakes".

No practical way to get control of those agencies before 1.20.25...
