The takeaway here is that the increase in cost to heat a home this winter is going to be considerably greater than 28%.
I am guessing that 25 cents/kwh rates will become pretty common this winter., as the fuel commodites panic on shortages.
Putting it in perspective... look at last winters electric bill and double it.
