Joe Biden was born closer to Abraham Lincoln’s presidency than his own.
Biden was born in 1942 and Lincoln’s presidency ended in 1865, a gap of 77 years.
Meanwhile Biden was 78 when his own presidency began.

It's not that he's aged(somethings get better with age) it's his lack of functioning grey cells that's the problem. Heck my mom is into her ninety-third year and has started to show some mental decline, but she is still sharper than Biden and has yet to make up anything about her past or other people.
