Not a chance. He has some pretty slick lawyers on retainer,and on top of that he is no fool. No way would he have incriminating evidence against himself in his home safe when all he would have had to done was board one of his private jets and place it in a safe deposit box in some offshore bank.

Hell,as far as that goes,IF he had anything incriminating,all he would have had to done was give it to his lawyer and tell the lawyer to save it for him.

This is nothing but show biz and a lame attempt to get the class envy voters on the DIM side.\

Good thing for Biden and the DNC that Trump is too much of a mild-mannered man to fight back,huh?

Since the Feebs didn't inventory every box and give whoever was in charge at Key Largo a receipt for every document or other "piece of evidence" they seized, I suspect Trump's lawyers can get it thrown out of court on those grounds alone.

Unless of course they want to dig in deeper and try to find cause to demand the alleged Justice Dept file charges for abuse of authority,etc,etc,etc against Slow Joe and his whole team of babysitters.

After all,if they DIDN'T do that,how are they going to be able to assert,never mind prove,that everything they present was a product of the raid?

The only thing that makes any sense at all about this thing is my suspicion the left already has a tame judge lined up to let them have their way.

According to Hillary Clinton’s lawyer, the FBI raid would disqualify Trump from “holding any office” ever again.

This comes from Marc Elias, the man who was responsible for spreading the (debunked) rumors of Trump-Russia collusion.

Elias points to code 18 U.S. Code § 2071:

    (a)Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

    (b)Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. Exactly what my husband said...Trump is in NYC..who would they give the receipt too?....housekeeping....they didn't inventory anything in the boxes so they [kgb] could put anything in those boxes to frame him.
