Me too. I didn't appreciate Glen until after he passed. When I read the comments on his videos, I see that I'm not alone. Most people have similar experiences. Either later in life or after his passing. What I lacked in interest in the earlier years, I've more than made up for it. I'm one of his biggest fans now!

My 2 favorite songs of his hits are "Wichita Lineman" and " Southern Nights."  The only one I really don’t like was his biggest hit – “Rhinestone Cowboy.”

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I prefer this version to the original one (Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes). Generally, I prefer the more soulful versions, but Simply Red did such a great job on this one.
