It looks like the author of these pearls of wisdom is Teresa Ghilarducci. Is she not the chick that advocated seizing private 401K/IRAs not long ago? Or are there 2 people with the same name?

I fully expect any pile of money or assets of value to be confiscated by Wall Street or the Government.  Neither can stand the tought of a pile money not being in their grubby little hands - damn kleptocrats.
