Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) “has been right for a long time” when she is criticizing fellow Republicans.

Anchor Dana Bash said, “You talked several times during this interview about the world seeing the difference between good and evil. I want to bring that closer to home and talk about something that Congresswoman Liz Cheney tweeted yesterday about sitting Republican House Members appearing at a white nationalist gathering. She said, quote, ‘As Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar speak at this white supremacist, anti-semitic, pro-Putin against, silence by Republican Party leaders is deafening and enabling. All Americans should renounce this garbage and reject the Putin wing of the GOP now.’ Do you agree?

Romney said, “Absolutely. Liz Cheney was right with that statement, and she has been right for a long time. I also saw that Ronna McDaniel came out with a statement as well talking about how repugnant these white nationalists are. There’s no place in either political party for this white nationalism or racism. It’s simply wrong. As you’ve indicated, speaking of evil, it’s evil as well. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar, I don’t know them. I’m reminded of the old line from the Butch Cassidy movie where one character says, ‘Morons, I have morons on my team.’ I have thought anybody who would sit down with white nationalists at their conference is certainly missing a few IQ points.”

Mitt and Dizzy Lizzy will be running in '24.  They will do anything to accomplish that; anything. Keep in mind Trump and his supporters are in the way.

I saw the clip he speaks of and it appears some are giving a shout out to Putin

Having said all the above, I know how the press can be with selective editing but my opinion is based only what I’ve seen so far

It was a clip of a clip, sarcasm out of context. 
A person can't be sarcastic any more or people will think you meant it as the words came out. It just gets lost in the knee-jerkery that goes on.

I'd take one MTG over an army of Mitt Romneys. The ACA was brought in as a test program when Mitt was Mass. Governor. As for the "white nationalists", it's a free country, and they can go most anywhere.

Maybe Mitt would like to take their driver's licenses, bank accounts, and crater their social credit scores.

Mitt Romney RINO democrat appeaser Supports Liz Cheney buthurt RINO democrat appeaser............who could have seen that coming? Why don't they both just change parties, it would be the most honest things they have done in years.

Romney and Cheney could become Democrats tomorrow, and you could count the days before they would be betraying the party.  That is what RATS do.  Both are RATS, and not worth a good BM.

I would not vote either dogcatcher.  And Wyoming best not return that POS to Congress.  Same is true for Utah in a couple years.  There are plenty of Mormons that can run against him in Utah.
