It is obviously a penis with balls. Hard to believe this was an oversight. Somebody, some where along the way to approval saw it and said, 'Yep, looks fine to me'.
@Kamaji I'm going to go out on a limb here,and guess it has been a while since he has had a date.Or a job.I would REALLY like to know how he supports himself,pays bills,and can afford those expensive body modifications.
