I found this when I googled the meme.
An image of a playground slide shaped like human genitals has circulated on social media in Nigeria and elsewhere with claims that it was taken at a children's play park in Dresden, Germany. However, this is false: the equipment was used as a movie prop in Canada and removed after filming. Dresden officials also denied putting up the adult-themed slide.

Just knowing it was used in a movie is weird enough for me,but I can guarantee you it is a move that *I* will never rent.

I cured myself of desire for that kind of movie at the Pussycat theater in Buena Park when I turned 18, even then I could recognize two things, they were unbelievable and looking at another man's junk is not something I want to do.

Yeah, mine too, but it also had vent windows and kick vents the original AC

I think it was money, simpler to just have one big window than two with different mechanisms. I always much preferred opening the wing window instead of rolling down the main window, especially back in the days when I was a smoker.

I googled my memory, than I googled car vent window and up came examples just like I had on all my pre 70 cars. A vent window, we used to call them wind wings as kids, were small triangular windows just forward of the main on the front doors and pivoted open and close and were secured with a small latch.

I have a couple vehicles with those. I think the problem came in with power vent windows. We had them on a couple of Lincolns, and they were a nightmare. When they broke loose of the track, they inevitably broke, and were expensive to replace. When everyone wanted power windows as standard, the vent window disappeared.

I remember seeing those as a kid but never owned a car with one.
And yes like you said, I thought they were mostly for smoking.
