A sword-wielding man dressed as a ninja attacked several special operations soldiers who were training at a California airport, reportedly forcing them to shelter in a hangar and inflicting wounds that required stitches.

The bizarre assault took place at Inyokern Airport, an airfield in the Mojave Desert about 100 miles north of Los Angeles, sometime after 1 a.m. on Sept. 18, according to what appears to be a military incident report shared on Instagram and Reddit.

Records from the Ridgecrest Police Department seem to confirm some details in the document posted to social media in a photo late Wednesday that said two soldiers had to receive stitches before returning to duty.

Nonlethal rounds failed to stop a sword-wielding man dressed as a ninja who authorities say injured two special operations soldiers, then brandished his blade at sheriff’s deputies last month at a California airport, according to authorities.
...
Officers discovered the suspect had assaulted one victim with a sword and hit another victim after tossing a rock through a hangar window, the sheriff’s office said.

The suspect, identified as 35-year-old Gino Rivera, was booked for attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, brandishing a weapon, brandishing a weapon with the intent to resist or prevent an arrest, vandalism, and obstruct/delay a peace officer in the discharge of their duties, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
...
“Non-lethal rounds were deployed but were ineffective,” the sheriff’s office said in Friday’s statement.

Rivera ran and continued to disobey commands. He dropped the sword after a taser was deployed, authorities said.

“Deputies used control holds to take Rivera into custody,” the sheriff’s office said.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

Sounds like a stunt from the running Florida Man thread.

One costumed sword weilding Ninja vs. a Special Ops unit?  Informal Briefer Poll on what alcohol or drug was involved?
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Their names were redacted in the photo shared on social media, but one was identified as a staff sergeant and the other as a captain. The details suggest that they are members of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, an elite helicopter unit known as the Night Stalkers.

Ok,that explains it. The media doesn't know diddly-squat about "special operations troops". These guys were helicopter pilots and crew, not ground soldiers.

If this bozo had actually attacked a Special Ops team, there would be a team hanging a new sword on the wall of their team room by now,and that bozo would be worm food.

Attacking a Spec Ops team armed with every weapon up to and including machine guns with a sword is NOT a smart thing to do if you want to keep living.

AND.......,since they will be in isolation in a restricted area, they can kill you and no questions will be asked.

What *I* want to know is WTF happened with the MP's or AP's who were supposed to have been patrolling the area to keep intruders out? Something has gone seriously wrong when a nutcase like this can infiltrate a secure classified area like that.
