Judge orders Biden administration to resume 'remain in Mexico' policy
Washington Examiner,  Aug 14, 2021

The Biden administration must resume the "remain in Mexico" border policy first authorized under former President Donald Trump, a federal judge in Texas ruled Friday.

District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ordered officials to "enforce and implement" the policy, also known as the Migrant Protection Protocol. The court ruled that the administration violated federal procedural law when it first suspended the border policy back in January and later on when it fully rescinded the policy on June 1. The judge concluded that the policy must stay in place until it can be lawfully suspended.

It's good news.  I'm just concerned the Biden administration is going to slow-walk implementation - "other things to do", "lost the paperwork", "oopsie!, forgot!", "went on vacay" - and end up not doing anything for several months.

The 'Remain in Mexico' policy only affects those trying to cross at points of entry.  The policy relies on securing the border as it does not affect those found inside the US illegally.  The Biden coup has no inkling of securing the border.  So this ruling will virtually have no effect on the tens of thousands of illegal crossers.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-
