The "reporter"'s dumb couldn't-it-have-been-done-differently "question" starts at around the 35 second point.

I think that FOX header about the Sheriff giving a a heated response is a bunch of malarkey, there was nothing heated whatsoever, it was a calm but firm and direct answer to a stupid reporter trying to get attention with a asinine question.
