Conservative documentarian and influencer Jesus Rivera was charged for doing journalism at the Capitol on January 6 — while Black Lives Matter activists and leftist New Yorker reporters who were doing the same thing were not charged.

This will not surprise anyone who is paying attention.

There are two judicial systems today in America today.  One, for those on the left who can spy on the US President and worse and get away with it.  And one justice system for those who support President Trump and are put in isolation for walking through the US Capitol on January 6th.

It was antifa/blm...who were bussed in to cause damage.  FBI confirmed it. What to do with BLM member(also capitol cop)  who shot Ashli Babbitt in cold blood?  SHE WAS UNARMED. PEEKING into a little broken window.  Shot in the neck. it was an antifa/blm male who squeezed through a broken out window frame.  They claim it was she. NOT.

True.  Antifa/blm were bussed in.  Capitol cop who shot unarmed Ashli is BLM SUPPORTER.  FBi know this. (My saved files got hacked into all the time, and erased.) Antifa/Blm are all released with no consequences.

Video shows the destruction left behind by folks, like it or not. Perhaps it (video) was late to the game, but obviously some of the early rushers were destructive jerks. Also the video was either edited or they cut the camera off and on.

Every person who entered had a cell phone, and it appears the majority were taking pictures and videos.  So there is lots of evidence of what took place.

Where are all of these, as well as all the many camera videos strewn throughout the capitol?
