Once again,I see the ONLY practical solution to NYC is to seal it off and not let any of the inhabitants escape unless they can prove they haven't voted for a Dim candidate for at least the last 3 elections.

BIG cement wall topped with gun towers and barbed wire.

Make weekly food and water drops at designated places until they finally kill each other off.
