If it were to come down to a race between Gavin Newsom and Kaitlyn Jenner,   it would at least be entertaining to watch what  the celebrities and the woke crowds in CA do. Would they go with the straight white male Democrat , or the transgendered Republican?

In a state that is overwhelmingly Democommie, I guess I am confused with sneakypete's comment above.

I believe that more people in CA would push just one button, the Democommie button, and that is more paramount for them than anything.  They have no desire to see any Republican, even one that is transgender.

The whole effort to have Newsom removed will embolden the bat sh*t crazy Democommies.  I fully expect twice as many illegal invaders to vote for Newsom more than once.

A recall election in California is not Candidate A vs. Candidate B. There will be two "questions" on the ballot. The first is whether Goobernor Noisome is recalled. The second, conditional on Noisome being recalled, is who will replace him. That latter will be a list of candidates, from which Noisome is excluded, as many as qualified for that part of the ballot.

So the election will not be Noisome vs. Bruce. If Bruce qualifies it will be Bruce vs. the rest of the field of candidates who qualified.

Also, AFAIK, California does not have a straight-ticket vote option. In 40+ years of voting in Santa Clara County I've never seen such a thing.

The last time the Rodents tried to stack the deck by telling their hacks that they've already chosen THEIR replacement and upon pain of death there will only be one Rodent name on the Option 2, Bustamante.

But they encouraged over 200 comedians and fools to sign up on the Republican side of the ballot...while I personally thought it would have been hilarious to have Governor Gallagher go to the State Assembly with his watermelons and hammer, I didn't vote for the guy.

If the recall gets issued it's guaranteed the Rodents will preselect their ONE and try to get a hundred clowns on the GOP side again.
