One can slide the little bubble back to December 13th, earlier than the chart above. December 13th is when the UK approved usage - the first vaccine approved in the west by any western country - of the Pfizer vaccine. That is also the date when Israel started using the vaccine. Thus the UK and Israel were early starters. But the chart also shows that Israel was organized and aggressive in its vaccination program.

Another interesting bit of data in the chart is that while the US is 4th best among the countries listed, Serbia is very close, and if major US states ( NY and CA!) continue to F up their distribution ......

I'm still curious whether any Canuckians have done some medical tourism to get vaccinated in the US, since Canuckia is doing so dismally.

I started tracking news about what came to be called Covid-19 back in early February, 2020, or maybe even late January, for a couple of reasons.

I saw that the shampeachment was going to crash and burn, so I knew the Dems and MSM would be looking for something new to politicize. Covid seemed a very likely possibility.

My daughter is a student at a university in China. She came for a semester and holiday break visit in early January 2020 and is still unable to return. So progress in fighting the disease has had a personal connection this past year.
