An impeachment lawyer for Donald Trump sued the former president in the run-up to the 2020 election — and in a separate case described him as a “f---ing crook.”

In a lawsuit filed in August, Pennsylvania lawyer Michael T. van der Veen accused Trump of claiming mail-in voting was “ripe with fraud” despite having “no evidence in support of these claims.” He charged that Trump’s voter fraud claims and 11th-hour changes to the U.S. Postal Service would suppress votes.

Emails from van der Veen’s firm at the time lambasted Trump and Pennsylvania Republicans for their attempts to “unfairly and illegally intimidate voters.”

Through all the fancy hollywood prepared biased film clips, and power points there are two simple facts that can't be overlooked and basically trump any double and triple speak rhetoric being spewed:

1- The House dims have narrowed their scope to one charge of "Incitement of Insurrection" (sans January 6th Capitol event, since no so called other evidence of violence can be attributed to Trump's speeches.

2- POTUS Trump very very specifically stated quote in that January 6th speech as follows- "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard."

Every democrat, and republican that votes for conviction are basically subjuagting the justice system into a political witch hunt and lynching.  There are 75M people watching as the lying depsicable MSM paints this picture of deceit and trickery. 

If former POTUS Trump is convicted it will have ramifications on the same level of Fort Sumpter.

I can't find the old thread, but you and I were staying up late that election night and watched. We basically were helping document the pause and "The Steal".  No doubt voting in 6 swing states stopped, and all thusly trended toward Biden when vote counting restarted.

Even any democrat of any honesty, knows but might not admit that the events of that night were way outside any realm of plausibility.
