Will Governor Cuomo get a lump of coal in his stocking?

I downloaded the NORAD tracks Santa app yesterday. It’s my own little tradition. It’s really beautiful to see Santa fly around the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and my favorite, the Chrysler Building. (I adore Art Deco)
