As I said last week, the bitter division and acrimony we see across the Nation needs resolution.  I believe #SCOTUS has a responsibility to the American People to ensure, within its powers, that we are following the law and following the Constitution.

Petitioners’ legal team has asked me whether I would be willing to argue the case before #SCOTUS, if the Court grants certiorari. I have agreed, and told them that, if the Court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument.

Because of the importance of the legal issues presented, I've publicly urged #SCOTUS to hear the case brought by Congressman Mike Kelly, congressional candidate Sean Parnell & state rep. candidate Wanda Logan challenging the constitutionality of the POTUS election results in PA.

Got to hand it to Cruz.  This comes with tremendous political risk.

I'm hoping that he gets a chance to argue this case.

I'm sure he's aware of the political risk; but for him obviously he's putting country first - he always has.

If he or somebody doesn't get a handle on the fraud and corruption that has happened throughout our country, the GOP dies, our Republic dies and we see socialism.  I'm sure Cruz saw that writing on the wall long ago.

I agree.

Don't quote me on this, but I seem to remember his record on arguing SCOTUS cases is 9-0.

What I am going to enjoy is the sleazy MSM doing their best trying not to make a sitting senator arguing a SCOTUS case, NOT a major news story.  The broom only sweeps so much.

I do know that he has argued more cases before the Supreme Court than any sitting Congressmen.  I hope he succeeds, but he is now a "Republican" Senator and he is about as popular in that respect as Trump.

He also won a case against "W" in a case in TX ... and that didn't exactly make him popular with the GOPe (especially McConnell) once he managed to be seated in the Senate.

Prayers up for Senator Cruz, President Trump and our Republic.

If Cruz is allowed to argue this case and wins it will indeed be monumental in more ways than one. Secondly, he'll be hated by the DEMS and the GOPe more than he already is.  :patriot:

Excellent news.  I hope he gets the opportunity.

I also hope this mitigates some of the angst over Rudy Giuliani's role in Trump's legal battle.

We're all hoping he gets the opportunity and wins ... it would be an absolutely sweet victory.

As for Giuliani ... he has COVID and as much as I dislike him, I pray for his swift and full recovery.

If Cruz gets to make the argument, and he doesn't win, at least let it be recognized that the argument had the most capable and effective advocate possible.  If Cruz can't get this through the USSC, then it simply can't be gotten through the USSC.

Sounds like he's about to go 9-1.

I'd like to be proven wrong, but I call 'em as I see 'em, and that's what I see comin' down the road here...
