In election politics.... it's not what you believe, it's what you can prove.  And "probably" won't cut it.

That is not how W won in 2000 as he did not prove he won.

The Supremes pulled it in for him as it said the recount of certain polls was unconstitutional.

Indeed .... it's what you can prove .... right now Trump and team have the "burden" to prove their evidence and it has to be overwhelming in order for the courts to even hear the cases.  Giuliani hasn't brought in that home run -- his days as a lawyer were long ago, so it's truly doubtful that he'll succeed. 

I question with all of Trump's money .... why Giuliani - unless he's the only one left that would attempt to overturn this election??
