If the 2020 election teaches us anything, it may be that post-Obama America is no longer the country Baby Boomers grew up in — but then, the far left’s domination of media, education, pop culture and the entertainment industry has a tendency to do things like that.

Look no further than the election Tuesday of an activist from the oft-violent Black Lives Matter movement to Congress, coming in the very district where 77-year-old former police chief David Dorn was gunned down during the recent George Floyd riots.

Cori Bush, who was “heavily involved” in the Floyd protests, according to Fox News,  became the state’s first black congresswoman, winning “a whopping” 84% of the vote in the state’s 1st Congressional District.

Her district represents Ferguson, where Michael Brown was shot and killed while violently attacking a police officer who was forced to defend his life, according to a Eric Holder-led Department of Justice — this being ground zero of a movement that terrorized the nation for nearly a year over the proven lie, “Hands up, don’t shoot.”

You are correct.  I had that other number in my head.  So I need to say about 1800's. But the point remains, none do well, after killing all white people or mixed. Haiti killed all mixed too. Sounds just like the reason's they give in 2020.

In 1804, a mass killing occurred in Haiti. The Haitian Massacre was an organized cleansing that was carried out against the remaining white population of French Creoles by the order of Jean-Jacques Dessalines. The massacre, which took place in the entire territory of Haiti, was carried out from early February 1804 until April 22, 1804, and resulted in the deaths of between 3,000 and 5,000 people of all ages and genders.

Soldiers went from door to door, torturing and killing entire families. Whites who had been cordial and helpful towards the black population were also killed. (I always say white liberals are dumb, same will happen to them=L.A.)The second wave of murders followed, during which all white women and children were killed. The argument for killing the women was that whites would not truly be eradicated if the white women were spared to give birth to new Frenchmen.

One of the most notorious of the massacre participants was Jean Zombi, a mulatto resident of Port-au-Prince who was known for his brutality. One account describes how Zombi stopped a white man on the street, stripped him naked, and took him to the stair of the Presidential Palace, where he killed him with a dagger.

By the end of April 1804, as many as 5,000 people were dead at the hand of the Haitian people. Dessalines did not try to hide the massacre from the world.

In an official proclamation of April 8, 1804, he stated, “We have given these true cannibals war for war, a crime for crime, outrage for outrage. Yes, I have saved my country, I have avenged America.”

He referred to the massacre as an act of national authority. Dessalines regarded the elimination of the white Haitians an act of political necessity, as they were regarded as a threat to the peace for the black and minority population. It was also regarded as a necessary act of vengeance.

As you found, it was in 1804. If you read a bit farther into your sources you have found that the context was the revolution against France and that French troops were using the same massacre tactics. Neither was justified: both sides - white French and black former slaves - had "unclean hands", especially if the centuries of brutal slavery are understood as context. Another thing you would have learned if you read your sources was that a number of Polish and German whites were not slaughtered (because they were not French).

South African and Zimbabwean racism is home-grown, unconnected to Haiti, and there is also some underlying tribalism that is part of the mixture. So "THEY NEVER LEARN" calls out an interconnectedness that isn't there.

Racism doesn't come from skin color, it comes from human sin. Us vs. Them doesn't have to use skin color as a pretext, it might use religion, it might use minor ethnic distinctions, it might use hair color, it might use eye color ...... those are pretexts, not causes.
