Worth noting Senator Hirono consistently asks *every* judicial nominee if they have sexually assaulted anyone. It is not a question specifically targeting ACB. If asked across the board, which it is, it's a decent question. Plenty to criticize about Hirono but that isn't it IMHO.

Let's see if the democrat-communists make good on their threat to boycott the committee (and thus prevent a quorum required for the vote to send the nomination to the Senate floor).

If they do, then the ball will be in Mr. McConnell's hands.
Will he do what he needs to do to get it to the floor?
Will enough Senators back him up?
(he needs 50 + Mike Pence).
