The location of the President to Walter Reed would not require a transfer of authority. Past transfers have involved operations where a president was placed under anesthesia. The President can have Covit and remain conscious and conversant -- and functional as a president.

A certain talk show host is fond of saying liberalism is a mental disorder. It seems there is some truth to that - among their defining characteristics are pronounced anti-social tendencies ranging from passive to psychotic.

As a precautionary measure and at the recommendation of his physician & medical experts, President Trump will work from the presidential offices at Walter Reed for the next few days. He remains in good spirits, has mild symptoms, & will continue working for the American people 🇺🇸

That’s what I’m thinking. And this way he has round the clock nurses and doctors should he need anything. Probably also because he’s 74 they are taking extra care as well.
