Following Planned Parenthood’s Lead, Sierra Club Denounces Its Founder As A Racist And Eugenicist

Wednesday, Planned Parenthood of New York decided it was finally time to admit that their founder was a racist and a eugenicist. Today, the Sierra Club is taking a similar approach and denouncing founder John Muir for similar reasons:

The executive director of the Sierra Club apologized Wednesday for its “substantial role in perpetuating white supremacy,” and said John Muir, the club’s founder and an icon of the environmentalist movement, was a racist.

Muir, who Brune admitted was beloved by many of the club’s members and whose writings “taught generations of people to see the sacredness of nature.”

But Muir also was close friends with paleontologist Henry Fairfield Osborn and others connected to the eugenics movement, which advocated sterilizing those whom white supporters pegged as “deficient”: the poor, physically and mentally disabled people, and those of “unfit” races, including Black and Latino people, as well as Jews.

Eugenics grew out of Social Darwinism and Darwin himself. Henry Fairfield Osborn was a major US paleontologist a century ago, and had studied under Darwin's advocate, Thomas Huxley. Social Darwinism and eugenics were widely accepted in 19th/20th Century Progressivism, if not Progressive orthodoxy.

Like Planned Parenthood is going to get rid of all their offices which target mainly African American community for abortion.  African American groups have been sounding the alarm about the genocide of African American babies under Planned Parenthood.

Sierra Club might as well dissolve themselves because their racism has place environment over human life.  It has long targeted education to include overpopulation to make our children believe they shouldn't reproduce.  The whole Darwinism thing has been allowed in our public education forever.  Producing survival of the fittest Eugenics Social Engineering.
