To overthrow a free society from within, its citizenry must be brainwashed to reject its traditional principles, values and institutions.  Acting in support of the century-long progressive dream of turning America into a socialist-communist nation, Marxists in our midst are systematically destroying treasured symbols of America’s heritage.  A tiny slice of what’s been happening:

The incidents above are but the tip of a massive iceberg—a multitude of other attempts to wipe out symbols of America’s heritage are proceeding unabated.  Our country’s most prominent Democrats have given a wink and a nod at what’s being done to discredit America by smearing it as an incurably racist nation.  Besides hating their country and everything it stands for, the masterminds behind these efforts have two other things in common: they all are revolutionary Marxists, and they all vote Democrat.  I do not say that as a partisan swipe.  I say it because it is true.

In my opinion there can be no negotiation, no common ground, no empathy. Either this movement is destroyed root and branch or the US as we know it (and even that is a pale reflection of a stronger country) ceases to exist.

That's exactly what the Democrats are waiting for. Dems want a real armed war in the streets. So, they are holding back from any action and encouraging the violence and chaos. And as soon as Trump does anything, no matter how small, the Democrats and their media 5th column Army will put all the blame on Trump for everything that has happened. Democrats want chaos and violence. That could not be more clear since many of them praised and joined in with the so called "protests"(riots).

It is all a setup trap by Democrats for Trump. Democrats do not care in the least how many people lose everything or are victims of violence. In fact, Democrats relish it.

I like that Trump is staying out of it. That, is driving the Democrats batty insane. Like you, the Democrats are secretly screaming, 'When is Trump going to do something?!' They can't wait for Trump to get involved. Then, out of the clear blue, it will all suddenly become "Trump's problem"/"Trump's fault". And it will prove that Trump is a militant fascist dictator. At least that is how it will be portrayed in the media.

No man. Let the Democrats stew in their own mess. I wouldn't go anywhere near it.

I am reading Paul Kengor's book Dupes: How America's Adversaries Have Manipulated Progressives for a Century. The 60s radicals, protests, etc., were orchestrated and directed by the USSR, which had been manipulating US politics since the Bolshevik revolution. Everything happening today - Antifa, calling everyone racist, now demanding statehood for DC and a separate political party for BLM - is right out of the Comintern playbook. Some things never change. In a post- Soviet world, I am not sure who, specifically, is pulling the strings (only halfway through the book), but the methods and goals remain the same.

THe precedent was already set, just this year, that leaves the local decisions in the hands of the local politicians and their respective States' governors. When POTUS tried to make orders concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, he was resoundingly told that it was not within Federal Authority to make those decisions for the States.
Similarly, POTUS cannot unilaterally deploy National Guard or other troops unless the State requests such aid or the entire State has declared rebellion. The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the use of the military in a police function otherwise.

In short, POTUS is following the constraints of the Law.

The destruction, short of Federal Monuments and Federal Land, is squarely on the backs of the politicians who have jurisdiction. Those, despite any media babbling otherwise, are the ones people who have been wronged by this ongoing nonsense should be mad at.

The communist indoctrination through education (cf. John Dewey, a Communist tool) continues to this day. Destroying the black family (thanks, LBJ) is just part of the equation, but all of these kids go to public schools, where they're taught America is an unjust, bigoted hellhole.
