Former SF Officer to Head NCTC. President Trump has picked LTC (Ret) Chris Miller, a former Special Forces officer, to be the next director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). Miller is currently the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Combating Terrorism.
