He undoubtedly made a threat, not quite sure that it is necessarily a violent threat, but certainly he was trying to persuade the justices by intimidation. That has become the DEM way; intimidation and accusations until the DEMS get what they want. It needs to stop NOW! Good for Hawley. It's about time.

The intent of a person who makes threats is usually determined by the circumstances surrounding the case.
