In note to judge Weinstein jury says as of now it is hung on predatory sexual assault charges and unanimous on other two. They wouldn’t get to predatory sex assault charge without finding him guilty of one of the other charges. Suggesting he’s on verge of a conviction.

Jury in Harvey Weinstein's rape trial deadlocked on 2 counts

    The jury deliberating in Harvey Weinstein's rape trial indicated Friday that it is deadlocked on two of the most serious charges against him.

In a note sent to the judge during their lunch break, jurors posed a question asking if it were permissible for them to be hung on two counts of predatory sexual assault while reaching a unanimous verdict on other charges.

After consulting with prosecutors and Weinstein's lawyers, Judge James Burke told the jury of seven men and five women to keep working toward a unanimous verdict on all charges and sent them back to continue deliberating.

Weinstein's lawyers said they would accept a partial verdict, but prosecutors said no and Burke refused to do so.

But Harvey Weinstein found not guilty on 3 other charges, a huge setback for the prosecution. He still faces prison time. But the case always had problems because some accusers continued a relationship with him

For the charges he has been found guilty of, #Weinstein is looking at probation to 4 years in prison for rape in the third degree and at least 5years in prison for a criminal sexual act in the first degree.

I do feel sympathy for most of these women, but there is a small percentage of them that knew exactly what they were doing. When you continue in that type of relationship to get a job, you have made a conscience decision to sell your body for "X" amount of dollars. You don't get to scream later.

That small percentage is the excuse the Jury needed to acquit on the most serious charges on all the victims.  It's like life:  Not Fair.
