Federal law requires employers to make reasonable (= consstent with the employees' duties) accomodations of religious employees' beliefs/practices. Federal law also requires employers to prevent harassment of religious employees over their religion.
IOW, IF the employee could have done her work from home, she has a case. And IF she was harassed by her coworkers, she has a case. Because Federal laws and the constitution protect Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus, Pastafarians alike. Don't like it, amend the costitution to exclude Muslims.
Oh, and Federal law also forbids the employment discrimination the bigot-writer at BNI advocates.
