Out in the meat world, a Juror can ask questions of the Judge.  The written question is then gone over by both the defense and the prosecution, and after consultation with both the Judge answers the question, in writing.  My understanding is, all these questions are examined by the House Managers, the defense attorneys and Judge Roberts.  Everybody sees the questions in advance of the answers, because that's how it's supposed to work.

We don't have to imagine: Trump's attorney Jay Sekulow has argued 12 cases before SCOTUS & won the majority.

You have a JD but I don't think you've ever been before SCOTUS, let alone won, have you?

So what we really have to imagine is what if you were as good as Sekulow.

Rubin, a purported journalist and the purported republican at Washington Post, should be fired for publicly ranting such disdain for the facts.

Trump has the best legal minds in America today working for him, with outstanding records. Sekulow won nine out of 12 cases before the Supreme Court! Not bad. As for Dershowitz, well, a brilliant legal scholar and Harvard professor emeritus—the media loved him! Before he defended Trump. Rest of Trump’s defense team were equally as impressive: professional, prepared with facts, they were logical and as expected, showed they had a firm grasp on reality. Unlike the filthy, disgusting, accursed house managers and the democrats supporting this political charade.

Why don’t you just say you’re impeaching Trump because you hate him and can’t beat him and be done with it. I might actually respect you for that.
