When do the impeachment proceedings start against sleazy Adam Schiff for abuse of power? He lied about his coordination with the fake whistleblower and he continues to lie about the collusion hoax. He should be impeached.

So that everyone is clear, Trump’s team is simultaneously arguing that the House should enforce its subpoenas in court *and* that it is unconstitutional for a court to enforce the House’s subpoenas.

If Obama had evidence Mitt Romney's son were being paid $1 mil per year by a corrupt Russian company, and Romney had acted to benefit it, would Obama have authority to ask that that potential corruption be investigated?

I don’t see how these are contradictions.  They are saying send it to court for the court to decide. Then they are telling the court their reasons why the court should find the subpoenas unconstitutional.

Wow. Schiff just completely changed the facts of the hypothetical before he answered. Because he had to. It's the same reason he made up the "dig up dirt" quote. Their case isn't built on the facts.

Philbin is calm, measured, and focused on the facts
