In 1982 the group Yaz (or Yazoo) put out a song that hit the top of the charts in the UK... I didn't care for the song to be honest... but I noticed a novelty put out by Tom Jones.... He released a 5 song cover of the song by Yaz. It was equally horrible in my opinion (maybe even worse)...

For ya Tom Jones fans out there... well here it is. Personally I would check out some of the previous posts instead, but what do I know.

Darkwave was first coined after this album by Clan of Xymox... and it remains one of my favorite 80s groups/albums.
