I doubt Ginzy would decide against the illegal Interstate Compact the Rats are trying to push, to award Electoral College votes based on out-of-state voters.  She'll "discover" a reason to conclude the Compact is perfectly legal, because blah, blah, blah.

Meanwhile, Roberts will rule it's a "tax," and therefore Constitutional.
