Boston Globe refuses to run anti-impeachment ad

    The Boston Globe last week rejected a Christmas-themed anti-impeachment ad from America First Policies, a group supportive of President Trump.

Earlier this month, the group announced a $2 million ad buy to spread its message against impeachment, for newspapers across the country in districts represented by House Democrats -- but districts that Trump won in 2016.

The ad featured a Christmas sweater background with text reading, "Sweaters aren't the only ugly thing you will see this December... SHAM IMPEACHMENT."

This ad planned for the Globe took aim at Rep. Chris Pappas, D-N.H.

The newspaper was purchased in 2013 by Boston Red Sox and Liverpool F.C. owner John W. Henry for $70 million from The New York Times Company, having lost 93.64% of its value in twenty years.

So this news whatever wishes to call Freedom of the Press into question.

Ever since FDR bought the newspapers by employing the top two reporters
of each newspaper across the nation there has been an issue.

Freedom of the Press may have have outlived its favored spot.
