There have been so many instances of Ginsburg being taken to hospital it may be confusing, but this is the current one:

For Immediate Release
Nov. 23, 2019

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was admitted to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, last night after experiencing chills and fever earlier in the day. She was initially evaluated at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C. before being transferred to Johns Hopkins Hospital for further evaluation and treatment of any possible infection. With intravenous antibiotics and fluids, her symptoms have abated and she expects to be released from the hospital as early as Sunday morning. Further updates will be made when available.

Seems like perhaps she's been battling an infection from prior surgeries maybe??  One thing is for certain, she is getting the best of care; more fortunate than most.

"...In relation to her most recent symptoms, Bader Ginsburg missed courtroom arguments earlier this month. She was not present for oral arguments in two cases.
Chief Justice John Roberts announced from the bench that Bader Ginsburg was “indisposed due to illness.”

Would it be to macabre  to start the dead pool on the justice?  @corbe

It's already been done a dozen times over.

Bad juju.  We did that with McStain, and the bitter old sot managed to cling to life long enough to create the need for AZ to have not one, but two special elections to replace him.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.
