My son gave me two concert albums for Christmas, so I've been listening to both. Here's one selection from each . . .

Not my taste, but he was an awesome song writer. Comparisons are out of bounds for this context but I'd rate Keith Green with Andrae' or Paul Clark.

Been listening to Home Free while taking breaks from Pink Floyd. Don't misunderstand me on this. There is no such thing as too much Pink Floyd. I just have to monitor myself or that's all I do all day.

Error 404 (Not Found)!!1

I have also been amusing myself watching you tube videos of rappers and white "urban youts" listening to Pink Floyd for the first time. Many are so shocked it almost looks like their faces are going to explode. I think exposing them to Pink Floyd without a transition program where they adjust in stages is probably a step too far. Let them listen to standard R&B stuff, and then ease them into the whole PF thing.

Same thing with blacks listening to Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton for the first time. Some things you just have to see for yourself to believe.

Good Man by Devour the Day.
You're everywhere I go, I am not alone
You call me as Your own to know You and be known.
You are holy!
And I fall down on my knees.
I can feel Your presence here with me.
Suddenly I'm lost within Your beauty,
Caught up in the wonder of Your touch.
Here in this moment I surrender to Your love.

We are nearing Easter so I usually dust of my Original Jesus Christ Superstar remastered CD and sitdown for a long listen.   I was doing some Youtubing the other day and found this from Mike d'Abo.  Very interesting.

If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-
