If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.

More from Justin Johnson - including a three-string shovel guitar - I've never heard of this guy before, but he's good:

That's right - I love what the rattlesnake rattle was doing... I am gonna have to try that out... Kinda a built in tambourine shake... That was neat! And did you see how high the nut was set on that shovel? No fretting there! All strings! WOO!

I'm listening to a piece now, slide guitar, that has cicadas in the background, and I am telling you, that is making me desperately homesick for my misspent youth in southwest Virginia.

@bigheadfred

I was a HUGE Uriah Heep  fan. Saw them in concert  every time  they appeared within a hundred miles of me,and  they ALWASY "delivered" to the point you could have been hearing the album. Not as easy as it sounds, given the complexity of their music.

Pretty good cover of a very great song.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyK8qDhObaM
You're everywhere I go, I am not alone
You call me as Your own to know You and be known.
You are holy!
And I fall down on my knees.
I can feel Your presence here with me.
Suddenly I'm lost within Your beauty,
Caught up in the wonder of Your touch.
Here in this moment I surrender to Your love.

"Spooky gun ships" DELIVER the "damn-damns"!

I don't mind admitting I would not be here today typing these words if it weren't for Spooky and the fighter-bomber pilots who flew off carrier decks as well as the chopper jockeys that inserted us on missions, and then came in to pick us up,usually under fire.

It is a crying damn shame they never got the public recognition they deserved for their courage under fire just because  they weren't thought of of as "warriors" because they fly.

Wow!  Get ready to be impressed -- none other than Colt Clark and the Quarantine Kids-- playing

"Shades of Gray" by the Grateful Dead.  They did an awesome job! It's a long song, but Cash on guitar is truly awesome tonight and Beckett on the drums nails it!!

(I just wish the little girl would stop with the theatrics. She was cute when she was little, but it's getting old.  She needs to learn an instrument or stay out of the spotlight).
