'A bunch of B.S.': Lindsey Graham refuses to read Ukraine transcripts

Sen. Lindsey Graham says he will not read newly released transcripts of private testimony given by U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland and former U.S. special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker.

Sondland and Volker testified in a closed session to House lawmakers in the Democrat-driven impeachment investigation against President Trump. The House passed a resolution approving the impeachment proceedings and authorizing the release of transcripts of the closed-door testimony on Oct. 31.

"I've written the whole process off ... I think this is a bunch of B.S." said Graham, chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The South Carolina Republican also said he would not be reading transcripts of the official's testimonies.

Graham is distrustful of transcripts it took 3 weeks to write?

Great to know he will be making an informed decision.  Could this be any more of a partisan exercise?  If the transcript went into detail about Bill Clinton's wang, he would read it twelve times.

Unless every committee member signs off as accurate and complete, these transcripts are indeed worthless.

That is the price you pay for not holding public meetings.

Graham is a Senator. If things come to his voting on removing Trump from office, it will be after public testimony, which he himself heard without edit, which was cross-examined, and include rebuttal testimony from witnesses called from Trump's side. IOW, everything Schiffty Kangaroo refused do and quite informed.

Given that the testimony was some 3 weeks ago, no R should sign it without hearing it all again on a recording they themselves made. It does not take 3 weeks to transcribe testimony into a Word or PDF file. That otherwise purposeless delay has the appearance of trying to let memories fade so that omissions or changes could slide through. Schiffty showed himself unworthy of trust from the outset of this Kangaroo Kourt.
