The military spending bill would have already passed Congress if Trump hadn't colluded with Russia. :silly:

Hey, this blaming Trump and collusion with Russia is pretty easy!!  It doesn't require the truth, honesty, or even knowledge of the event.  No wonder the media loves it. :whistle:
