House Democrats have neither voted to commence an impeachment inquiry nor established rules for such an inquiry. As a result, Adam Schiff has been free to decree whatever arbitrary procedures he desires. Only, as Congressman Dan Crenshaw points out in the video below, Schiff’s procedures actually violate the House rules on committee records:

Adam Schiff isn't allowing Reps. to see the transcripts from this impeachment inquiry, but selectively leaks small portions to the press. This process should be transparent to the American people. It should be a fair process w/ clear rules, just like past impeachment inquiries.

It is wholly legal that the house can conduct an impeachment investigation on a sitting president.
However, it seems extremely unethical for the prosecuting party to withhold info from the defense party.
It looks and smells like a kangaroo court.
And Schiff looks like the crookedest politician to come down the pike in many years.

There's no impeachment in process.

Just a fishing expedition hoping to hook something in the dark.

The idiots are setting a new standard on fishing expeditions in politics. They will come to regret it.

Good for Graham to arrange for Republicns to show their character.

Several anti-Trump Senators, know full-well that impeachment is a hoax, built on the frameup, the  Meuller Report hoax. ands the Ukrain hoax.

Maybe Romney is still bitter, over not getting Sec. State?  Like Meuller was bitter over not getting FBI.

BTW CNN had John Dean again yesterday.  the original #never nixon scum.

In the video you only see the relevant rule briefly, but here is a screen shot. House rules say that “all committee records” “shall be the property of the House, and each Member, Delegate, and the Resident Commissioner shall have access thereto.” The only exception relates to Ethics Committee investigations of the conduct of members:
