On August 3rd, a gang of 12 Somali Muslim teens and young men attacked and robbed a man near Target Field in Minneapolis. Police have arrested more than a dozen gang members, some as young as 13, accused of preying on drunk people and robbing them of their cellphones and valuables, viciously beating, stomping on and stripping a victim before hurling a potted plant at him and riding over him with a bicycle.

Death penalty??  If put them in jail/prison for a time, they will do the same thing or worse when they get out of jail/prison.  They are a public threat, so death penalty will stop if it is death penalty every time this happens and publicize it to the max so the word gets to all these deadly people.

What a media extravaganza would result. Look how loudly they hollered when Juicy Smallet turned up in tears with a string noose around his neck and some diluted bleach on his Subway sandwich.

These thugs will be protected from the same "laws" that the radical left would inflict on you and me (whiteys) in the form of those 'red flag laws'.   They don't want gang members to be punished with red flag laws, but it's perfectly fine for us law-abiding gun owners to be.

Ok, I wanna nip a little misperception in the bud here.   I’ve lived for decades in both the North and the South.  The MOST racist white folks I have ever seen, heard or been around:   Urban Northerners...and it ain’t even close.  I’ve lived in the South not for almost 30 years.   In that time, I don’t think I’ve EVER heard a white person use the N word.   I hear it up North frequently when they think they’re in private like minded conversations...as in REGULARLY.

So your alternate  scenario is much more likely to happen in New York or Chicago, in my experience.
