Mark Penn, a former adviser to the Clintons, believes Hillary Clinton will make another run for president in 2020.

Penn, a frequent contributor to The Hill, co-wrote a Sunday op-ed for The Wall Street Journal with Andrew Stein, a former Democratic Manhattan borough president and president of the New York City Council.

“True to her name, Mrs. Clinton will fight this out until the last dog dies,” the pair wrote. “She won’t let a little thing like two stunning defeats stand in the way of her claim to the White House.”

I could see her replacing Biden as he stumbles out of the picture, but sanders and Warren won't back down from a fight with her. With no DNC rigged to hand it to her this time, I don't think she'll get far. But what has she got to lose - one more defeat? "What difference, at this point, does it make?"

Plus, she has missed all the debates so far and couldn't qualify at this point to be in the near coming debates.  I see no path for her to do this, surely she won't do it.

He already is a third-Party candidate. Sanders is not a Democrat, even though he runs in their Party.

I wouldn't rule that out in any case - after all, he's not a real democrat. After a lifetime on the lunatic fringe, he sees a window of opportunity for his beloved socialism to be taken seriously. What true believer could pass up the chance to go out in a blaze of socialistic glory?

As the WSJ pointed out this morning,  the Dem debate field has been winnowed down to 10,  all progs well to the left of Obama with the possible exception of Biden,  who's wobbly.  The moderates,  the ones who respect the role and importance of the private economy and aren't afraid to say so, are all gone.

A lane may have opened up for Clinton to step in.

The Clinton's never voluntarily release a photo that doesn't serve their purposes, even if it's just their insatiable greed. This one, though, is obviously meant to show that Clinton is the equivalent of three Liz Warrens.
