Man with gun inside El Paso Health & Human Services office; SWAT surrounds building

EL PASO, Texas - An El Paso police SWAT team surrounded a building containing the state Health and Human Services offices after a man with gun entered the facility and may have taken a hostage, authorities said.
There were no reports of any shots fired at the building located at 5150 El Paso Drive; police were in the process of evacuating it.
