This kind of "solution" -- a piece of paper, really -- may work a little for a while.
But ultimately, it will fail and be forgotten.
A wall -- a silent, passive, immovable barrier -- will work and keep on working.
Ask the people of East Berlin how well that wall worked (while it was standing).
Ask Israelis how THEIR border barriers work.
Or... the Hungarians.
Where effective barriers were put up, the crossings.... STOPPED.
That's the ONLY solution that will EVER work here for the long term.
